Purpose

This site presents a media-presence intelligence service aimed at professionals. Its content is informative and does not constitute a contractual offer; the terms of the service are agreed individually with each client.

Intellectual and industrial property

The design of this site, its texts, its metrics, names and analytical frameworks (including "Effective Exposure", "Reputation Footprint" and the MoRA framework — Algorithmic Reputation Monitor) and its code are owned by the site owner or used under authorisation. No rights over them are granted by mere access.

Links to third parties

This site links to media outlets' pages solely as a reference to the original source. The owner assumes no responsibility for the content of those sites, which belong to their respective publishers. Outlet names and favicons are used exclusively to identify the source, in accordance with honest practices, without suggesting any relationship or endorsement.

About the data shown

The demo shows factual, aggregated information about the presence of companies on media front pages, produced by the owner through its own observation and analysis. It does not reproduce editorial content from the outlets. Any references to natural persons are limited to their public or professional role, on the basis of legitimate interest and freedom of information.

Liability

The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or the absence of errors in its contents, and shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the information published here, which is illustrative in nature.

Applicable law

The relationship between the owner and users is governed by Spanish and European law. Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's registered address.

2. Privacy policy

What data we process, and why

• If you write to us (by email or through the contact form): we process your address, your name if you provide it and the content of your message, for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and, where applicable, managing early access to the service. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
• Technical access data: our hosting provider, with servers in the European Union, records technical connection data (such as IP addresses) in its server logs, for security and proper operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• The demo: when you open pages with live data (the demo or the home page), your browser requests the displayed data from our data-infrastructure provider, with servers in the European Union. That request is technically necessary to show you the demo and involves the processing of technical connection data. Any international transfers by providers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not profile visitors, and we make no automated decisions affecting you.

Retention

Contact data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts or until you request its deletion, and thereafter only for statutory limitation periods.

Recipients

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Our hosting and infrastructure providers access it as processors, under Art. 28 GDPR terms.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@53seconds.com, providing proof of identity. If you consider the processing unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.

Minors

This site is aimed at professionals and is not intended for children under 14.

3. Cookie policy

This site uses no cookies. It also uses no analytics tools, tracking pixels or tracking technologies, whether first- or third-party. Fonts are served from this same site, with no calls to external font services.

The demo page stores a single display preference (the panel's light or dark mode) in your browser's local storage, at your request when you use the corresponding switch. The administration area, for internal use, likewise stores its session credential. This storage is strictly technical, does not identify the visitor, is not used for tracking, is never shared with third parties, and can be removed at any time by clearing your browsing data. Being strictly necessary for the service requested, it is exempt from the consent requirement (art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE).

Should this change, this policy will be updated and, where required by law, prior consent will be requested through the appropriate notice.
